Resiliency Rebate Program
Description
The City provides a Resiliency and Sustainability Rebate for Dunedin property owners, including residents, businesses, and non-profits, to improve their properties for weather, storms, heat, and other environmentally-related conditions. This measure tracks the Project Cost Rebate reimbursement funds disbursed to property owners for implementing resiliency and sustainability efforts on their properties.

FY26 Q2 (January 1, 2026 - March 31, 2026) Update:
- Three (3) rebates have been awarded totaling: $7,267.75
- These three project were:
- Hardening and resiliency: hurricane impact windows and doors
- Energy efficiency: new AC/heat pump and duct work
- Weatherization and energy efficiency: attic insulation
