Description
Every other year, the City of Dunedin asks residents to provide feedback on how the City is performing and delivering services to the community. The Citizen Survey is one of the City’s most important tools to ensure decision making aligns with what residents want and how projects and initiatives are prioritized. Thanks to the feedback of residents, the City has a clear picture of what our community values and where we can improve. While many items are tracked and reported on in the Citizen Survey, overall satisfaction has continued to remain high over the years, which marks satisfaction with how City services are delivered to residents.
Measure Status Update
The overall satisfaction rating is tracked every other year in the Citizen Survey. Data collected for 2022, 2024, and 2026 has been tracked.
Measure Next Steps
The next Citizen Survey will take place in 2028.
